Babka’s dream of owning his own company came to fruition in 1970 when he developed a holding company. The firm owned several diversified businesses with independent products, services, locations and managements. He was responsible for all the companies and served as CEO and Chairman of the Board.
Over the years as the firm expanded, other outside company’s contracted Babka in counseling them in mergers and acquisitions. Combining all these experiences with hands-on success of business operation and exposures became the foundation of the present Babka Ltd. firm. All these provide the present-day clients with proven and sound judgments.
Babka Ltd. Activities are now focused on assisting non-profits and small private businesses. Babka acts as a business coach and advisor providing management support and board extension, He serves clients with efforts to enhance performance, maintain and increase profitability, increase management leadership and effectiveness, and builds team plans for continued growth, sales, exposures and networking. Babka has proven that performance goals are good for the client and their employees. The bottom line improves. The client’s strongest assets are his employees; they are the investment for the future.
